But.. nice work and great photo updates(even though your hand trembling sucks  )

Suggestion: put a black steel mesh under/ in front of the intercooler, to avoid too much stones from whacking it and install a flat fan pulling air over the core...this would perfect in traffic/ standing still as the intercooler gets cooler and you have additional air circulating around that hot wankie(connect it with a switch, then you have one more thing to play with  )......

went to the dyno yesterday , every thing went well till the car started to loose boost , didn't even get chance to se 12psi , i think i blew a hose coupler ,
going to double check every thing also check the bov to see if its leaking at higher boost levels , only managed 180hp @3psi bummer :gay: 6krpms
car runs better now with the fuel maps adjusted by DBtuning good tuner

well sourced out 1 of the main problems of the boost loss .
1. 2 vacuum nipples have been blown off , new ones where put in and strapped to insure they are not blown off again ,
2. also hoses have been strapped to prevent blow off .

car is at the muffler shop right now to sort out the exhaust leak at the vband ,

when it comes back the following things will be done
1. inspect car for more places where there can be loss of boost pressure
2. install the heat wrap on the DP .

anymore places i can check for boost leaks ? any one ? thank you

pix, of the the heat wrap , thanks again to 2Bar ( everyparts)

more pix when the wrap is installed and final pictures of the intercooler piping ,

well long story short ,
a new v-band Flange had to be made since the turbo has a 3.90 O/D on the flange and 3.25 I/D .
so off to Trimon welding shop and they made one for me . lets say i was amazed

now the flange is being installed at the muffler shop , and a new o2 bong will be welded for the wide band since the narrowband is already in place

no pix yet .. :blah:
