tin un problema ku e C4 transmission ma kumpre 2nd hand kumsa kore kune ela kore bon pa 3 luna sin prob.. despues undia pa otro ela kumsa hasi stranjo
ora mi pone den Drive enota shift automaticamente
mtia ponele den manual 1 eta bai den 1
shift pa manual 2 eta shift
pone bek den D ela kai mane un neutral style asina..
Reverse ta traha bon tur kos t abon


nos a rebuild e
limpia e valvebody
jen kos

mi kier awak ken tin un C4 converter Stock of algo ku por fiami / bendemi pami por test e.. mita djis baha esaki pone e converter ey test e y nabo e bek wak si esey ta e problema... paso minosa kiko mas por ta e problem..

asina ki e auto ta hasi.. esaki ta un mesun problema

Ami conoce solamente 904 y 727 di Chrysler. Pero mi ta kere cu un governer ta y ta keda un governer.

E di dos lo ta e valve body mes. Ora boso a hasi'e limpi, boso a sigura cu e valvenan ta move bin bek nan nan luga? Sino, baha cos bek y keda hasinan limpi te ora nan move bon bon. E gasket cu b'a kita di dje y esun biew, boso a check si nan ta damaged?

E tres possibel thingie ta line pressure. E trans tin'e?

E di cuatro cos..... mi ta floho pa kere cu e kashi por tin un skeer fini somewhere.....

E di cino, e por ta un simpel cos manera un vacuum hose biew cu ta hode ront. Check e fei e vacuum modulator bai pa motor.

nos a baha e valvebody 3 biaha kaba hasiele limpi.. y si mi a chek e governer e peso nota pega eta los y move bon y e screen chikito nota plug fluid ta pasa bon

etin preshon sigumi e presshon ta halto eta shift hoopi duro 1 ku 2 nosta bai pone guage riba dje wak si di berdad eta mucho halto

spera ku no.. spera enotin crack om..


eta shift sin vacuum mes.. pero laat y duro dus jah.. mita bisando paso unbiaha e hos a los cumi eta rev te bandi 2500 ney anto shift duro sin piedad

M'a papia cu Shome di Brazilian Flash. E di, sin por wak kiko ta kiko bo por check (atrobe) si e valvebody ta leak. Of un di e sealnan di e servo piston por ta leak. Bo no por sa nunka.

Pero e di pa core un hose di vacuum te den bo cabina, pone un meter y cu motor gestart hinka trans den 1st y check ki e meter ta bisa. Segun e, e meter mester ta ongeveer 100~110psi..... Neutral mester ta entre 70~85psi.

Claro, tur esaki asumiendo cu e clutchpack, bands etc ta bon instala y ta haja bon azeta.... :biggrin:

ok.. ma chek e PSI awe.. tur kos twt bon .. mitin un HAYNES book pe transmission.. tur e PSI test nan a pasa..

den e buki ta asina ki pa e C4

Range - Band - Clutch
Park neutral - no band - no clutch

Drive range 1st gear- no band - forward clutch applied one way clutch holding
drive range 2nd gear - intermediate band applied - forward clutch
drive range 3rd gear - no band - forward clutch applied and high reverse clutch applied

manual low - low-reverse band - forward clutch
manual second - intermediate band - forward clutch

Reverse - low-reverse - high reverse clutch

dus sibo wak bon nuin clutch nota kima paso mitin reverse y 1 y 2 djis pa ora di bai di 3 eta huza nan 2 parew..

ma bahe valve body manjan mita laga otro hende wake bon pami...spera e por keda bon pa diasabra :(

Den tobi laba guy. Ainda mesun kakada -_- mitey zwaai e trai cura y bester un c4 nobo 800$ pa un tci c4 streetfighter trans. ken kier regalam :(
